Cancellation Policy

  • Applied to All Tours

    All tours have a 8% non refundable service fee that will be refunded only if the tour is canceled by the vendor.


  • Non-Exclusive (Shared Tours, Grocery Shop/Delivery Services, In Home Massage)

    Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled tour, activity, and/or service will not be refunded and we do not guarantee that the tour, activity, and/or service can be rescheduled within your dates of stay. 

  • Exclusive (Private Tours, Private Services, Private Events)

    Cancellations made within 15 days of a private tour, activity, or service are non-refundable. We also cannot guarantee that the tour, activity, or service can be rescheduled during your stay.

  • Large Group Bookings: 20+ participants

    Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled tour, activity, and/or service will not be refunded and we do not guarantee that the tour, activity, and/or service can be rescheduled within your dates of stay. 

  • Vendor Cancellations

    If a tour or service is canceled by the vendor/service provider, Luxe Concierges will provide a 100% refund, which includes the 8% service fee.  Luxe Concierges will only provide a full refund if the vendor decides to cancel the tour.  

  • Wildlife Cancellations

    As wildlife sightings are subject to nature’s unpredictability, Luxe Concierges cannot guarantee wildlife viewing. Depending on the vendor’s policy, if no wildlife is observed during a designated wildlife tour (such as a whale or dolphin tour), clients may be offered the opportunity to reschedule for a later date.
