Service Overview
Take the stress out of vacation planning with a fully stocked kitchen upon arrival. Our local shoppers will visit up to two stores to hand-select your grocery items. We shop, deliver, and neatly organize everything in your vacation rental before you arrive.
Cost Breakdown
- Flat Service Fee: $85
- Plus 35% of the total grocery cost (excluding taxes and fees)
Additional Delivery Fees (if applicable)
- Big Island – Kona: $30
- Big Island – Hilo: $50
- Rush Delivery (within 48 hours): $30
Rush delivery is not guaranteed and is subject to staff availability. - Holiday Delivery: $35 surcharge

- New Year’s Day – January 1
- Martin Luther King Jr. Day – 3rd Monday in January
- Presidents’ Day – 3rd Monday in February

Grocery Cancellation Process
- All cancellations must be received via email 72 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.
- Cancellations prior to 72 hours will result in a refund less the 10% service fee.
- The service is non-refundable if canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled delivery date.
